Camp is located one hour from Timmins at Lipsett Lake on the Gibson Lake Road, 30 km south of Hwy 101. It is the only camp on the lake.
Camp amenities include:

• A well equipped kitchen (20’ x 48’) with a propane range and griddle, two refrigerators, a microwave, hot and cold running water. The kitchen seats 36 people.
• Two open style bunk houses (20’ x 20’each) with 12 beds in each. New mattresses.
• Cabin (16’ x 20’) with two beds.
• Cabin (16’ x 20’) with washroom and one bed.
• Cabin (28’ x 36’) with washroom and three bedrooms.
• Cabin (16’ x 40’) with ping-pong table, tables and benches (Craft Cabin).
• Drilled well (pump house 8’ x 8’). Large septic bed.
• His and hers washrooms and shower facilities (16’ x 28’).
• Sauna (12’ x 12’).
• Garage (20’ x 40’). Tool shed (12’ x 16’).
• Electrical shed (12’ x 14’) with propane generator (14 kw )
• Dock, sandy beach, swimming, pike and bass fishing, ball field with plenty of room to park trailers.
• All buildings except the craft cabin and the garage have propane heaters (1,000 gallon propane tank).
• 4.47 acres surrounded by crown land.
• Lots of fishing and hunting opportunities nearby.
